Goals for 2013


I am prepping myself for a year of self reflection and a large focus of care on my body and well being with a hint of adventure.
I am planning multiple trips around the country this year. I want to see more of the US and see some of the quirks that make this country so diverse.
My main goal is bringing my body to a more pure state. I know this sounds very earthy crunchy but I am fully devoted to this. I want to focus on eating unprocessed foods in order to improve my health. Exercise will also be a huge part of it. Turning thirty was a huge wake up call for me. As most women know, they turn 30 and the biological clock definitely starts to tick loudly. I am still not at a point where I am ready to have kids but i would like to take steps to prepare myself for when the time comes. This means lots of adventures and travel before i have a slower, more home based lifestyle. Hopefully as a transition to a point in the next decade of having a family, I want to make sure my mind and body are as healthy as they can be in order to adjust to these changes.
Everything I am looking to do this year are really lifestyle changes that I hope to carry with me throughout my life.
