Prep Day

After a nice long walk outside in the snow with my pup I took a trip to Trader Joes to stock upon food for the week. Step one of eating healthy. I am trying to go Gluten Free and Trader Joes is great for this because of the way they label their products. Now I am in the kitchen prepping food for the week so I have no excuse for cheating. Making veggie, turkey and egg casserole for breakfast, roasting veggies and slow cooking chicken in salsa (if you haven’t tried this it is amazing and so easy). Next step is going to the gym for boot camp class tomorrow.
