Staying Motivated

This is how I felt getting on the train this morning headed to work:

I’ve been in the process for the last two months of cleaning up my eating habits and training for the Spartan Race in November. The training is going great and I feel like I am stronger everyday but the slimming down results aren’t coming as fast as I hoped. Need to remind myself that this is a long term life process and I need to stick to it and look at it as a one year plan.
So whatever you are working at, don’t let one bad day set you back. Tomorrow is a new day. Make the right decision for you and your happiness
